Today, on the first day of the kick-off meeting, AccelEd partners jointly with representatives of the Executive Board and EACEA project officer Carlo Imariso discussed the stage of concluding the Consortium Agreement, the process of forming the Consolidated work plan of the project.

The issues of making the Consolidated plan are mostly connected with the Work Timeline and Travel days due to the Pandemic. In this context it is suggested to postone some events, but not to cancel.

As well as the Project management manual was presented by project coordinator Jurate Maciajauskiene and project manager Zivile Kepezinskiene from the Lithuanian University of Health sciences. There were requirements for storing public and internal data, for designing documents within the project, etc.

The next meeting of project partners will be held in two days with the participation of the Academic Advisory Board, where academic workpackages will deliver presentations on their activities, as well as on project quality assurance and monitoring.
