The participants were altogether about 30 PhD and Master´s students in nursing science and university teachers in nursing science from seven universities at Kazakhstan.
Here a glimpse to the training course:
On a self-assessment scale from 0 to 10 the participants evaluated before the course their knowledge about the central topics of the course as satisfactory (median 5-6), and at the end of the first part of the course as very good (median 9).

The second part of the course with focus on participants´ individual essays on how to develop the hospital protocols in context of complex and long-term conditions to more person-centered nursing care is arranged 8.-9.6 2022 (online).
