On March 19, 2021, a consultation session “Welcome to Erasmus+ family” was held in the co-working center of Astana Medical University in the offline format.

The event was held with the participation of the Director of the Erasmus+ National Office in Kazakhstan Shaizada Umurzakovna Tasbulatova – the session moderator, and participants in the projects of the VI competition of the city of Nur-Sultan: representatives of Nazarbayev University, Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S.S. Seyfullin and Astana Medical University.

In the process of training, the moderator Shaizada Umyrzakovna, introduced the general rules and relevant tools for the implementation of projects to those present in order to increase the efficiency of the implementation of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education projects.

The participants of the session, in turn, showed a high interest in learning and actively participated in practical exercises and “brainstorming”.

At the end of the event, there was a summing up and discussion of further work on the development of international projects:

– Building of Academic Capacity in the Field of Global Health in the Eastern Europe – Central Asia Region – BACE;

– Accelerating Master and PhD level Nursing Education Development in the Higher Education System of Kazakhstan – AccelEd;

– Development of a circular economy in partner countries through the development and implementation of the Master’s program “Waste Management”.
