The project participants are actively continuing their work. If last week an online course on the systematic review of theories in Nursing science was launched, which will last until June 9, then the next upcoming event is a master-class “Benchmarking of international best practices in managing the work of nursing faculties, cooperation in organizing PhD educational programs and assessing Master’s and PhD theses” on May 11. The master class is a part of the tasks of Work Package 2.4. The master class will be held online on May 11, May 14, May 19, May 26 and June 1.

The event will be attended by deans and heads of nursing faculties, partners of the AccelEd project, representatives of ministries.

The master class is based on the analysis of the collected data from universities in the management of the nursing education program to conduct benchmarking of best practices. As a result, optimal recommendations will be made for nursing faculties regarding the necessary structural changes at the regional and national levels in Kazakhstan, which will be further submitted to the Ministry of Health

of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
