On April 6, a webinar was held in support of multi-professional groups for the development of Service Design projects. The purpose of the webinars is to support the development of service design projects of medical universities in Kazakhstan. Another goal is to provide an opportunity for discussion and exchange of experience between a multidisciplinary team of developers. Also, within the framework of the webinars, European experts will advise and help in solving problematic issues of the groups.

During the first webinar, group leaders and facilitators presented the results of their work to date. It is important to note that within the framework of service design projects, representatives of medical universities organized working meetings with representatives of practical healthcare to understand the problem from a practical point of view.
